The customer service and crew at A-1 Asphalt Maintenance are excellent. They finished seal-coating my driveway today and within the next hour a technician from Oak Electric walked on it. I called Oak Electric and they refused to do anything. I called A-1 and the crew stopped by at the end of the day and fixed the damage done by Oak Electric which was above and beyond expectations. Thank you A-1, I will be calling your company when it comes time to fully replace my driveway next year.

The A1 Asphalt team has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had a large driveway torn up and replaced with them here recently- they did a great job in every facet and the new driveway looks fantastic. Their communication was exceptional- they kept me in the loop with their plans for tear out and install, ETA’s of when their team would arrive, and walk-throughs with the crew leader upon arrival to answer any of my questions. I called Mike about a week after the installation with a few questions and he got back to me right away, and even drove out to my place to talk with me in person because he wanted to make sure I was happy with how the job turned out. I highly recommend A-1 Asphalt. We share a driveway with a neighbor and A-1 has been very accommodating with how to quote the project. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. When we needed to make some last minute adjustments, Sarah was great and made sure we were taken care of. The crew that came out was wonderful and professional as well. The driveway looks amazing!
We hired A1 to seal coat our driveway. A week ago, they did a nice job applying the coating then, shortly after, it started to rain, which didn’t really let up for several days. The coating was ruined in several locations. I was quite upset with the mess. Fortunately, A1 committed to getting us back on the schedule. They cleaned things up and applied a second coat and things look great now. I definitely recommend working with them.
They do a great job at a reasonable price. I have had other sealcoat companies in the past and A-1 has been the best.
I live in an HOA community, and A1 provided seal coating and crack filling for approximately 22,000 sf of surface area for a common area. They did an excellent job, professional, easy to work with. A very important thing for me, was that their crew was 100% U.S. Citizens. Some contractors have crew members that do not even speak English. My loyalties are with our country, and the rule of law. Glad this contractor is using US Citizens for their crews. But over and above that, they did an excellent job!!

Contacted A-1 to obtain feedback as our HOA members are in big disagreement about whether or not to sealcoat and or crack fill 25 year old neighborhood road with several areas of alligator cracking, etc. Feedback was very professional and helpful with non-pressured offer to provide free estimate on either specific scope of work or provide overall recommendation. Great company!! I give their name out quite a bit in my sub because people notice the quality of their product. The only issue I have is that they book up fast (because they are good)so plan way ahead and get in the queue so you don't get stuck with a substandard company.

We've been in the property maintenance business for over 10 years. When it comes to my paving & sealcoating needs I only use A1. When your dealing with large condo complex's & numerous homeowner property's, it doesn't pay to have mistakes. Solved a lot of problems going with A1 over the other guy. Highly Recommend !
